We are pleased to have established many long and successful working relationships with a wide range of private landlords and developers together with numerous Registered Providers, Local Authorities, schools, colleges and universities throughout the United Kingdom.

A number of our projects have required a high level of strategic input to organise widespread and extremely lengthy programmes of work. We have thrived under these conditions and taken them as opportunities to challenge the accepted norms and embrace different, and sometimes radical, approaches.

Equally, we have fully absorbed the demands of PFI, Partnering, OJEU procurement, stock rationalisation and the many challenges offered by Local Authority stock transfers, the Decent Homes Standard and other such initiatives now prevalent within the social housing sector.
