CDM Co-ordinators
Faithorn Farrell Timms has embraced the role of CDM Co-ordinator and is commissioned on a regular basis by Government Departments, Local Authorities and Housing Associations, together with many housebuilder and developer clients under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations.
We have built up a vast knowledge in operating proper health and safety procedures under many different types of building contract, and are able to produce health and safety plans and Risk Assessments on any type of construction related project.
We are corporate members of the Association for Project Safety, and ensure that our qualified staff undergo thorough and on-going relevant training as part of our commitment to Continuous Professional Development.
As a member of the British Safety Council, Faithorn Farrell Timms is also committed to working towards health, safety and Environmental Best Practice.
