Disability Discrimination Act
Faithorn Farrell Timms has already advised many of its clients on the implications of the Disability Discrimination Act, and has several qualified staff who are able to provide technical and professional advice that will assist them in meeting their requirements.
We have undertaken audits for Housing Associations, Local Authorities, schools, colleges and universities with recommendations as to what measures are needed for their service to achieve compliance with the new legislation. We continue to work with them to ensure that any alterations to their premises are made in the most cost effective way possible.
