Faithorn Farrell Timms has extensive experience of Partnering and is regularly appointed in the role of Partnering Adviser.

This encompasses both general advice on Partnering as well as the specific role of Partnering Adviser, as defined under the PPC 2000 Form of Contract.

We are assisting many of our clients with the Partnering procurement process and regularly produce internal guidance documentation, facilitate Partnering workshops, etc.

Our Partnering Adviser role includes:

  • Advising on the quality evaluation and selection of contractors and the design team
  • Reviewing specialist contracts for consistency with the Partnering document
  • Preparing joining agreements, pre-possession and commencement agreements and Partnering Charters
  • Providing fair and impartial advice on the Partnering procurement process and the development of Partnering relationships, together with the operation of Partnering contracts and framework agreements
  • Attendance at the meetings with the Core Group and Partnering team
  • Assistance in problem solving and the avoidance or resolution of disputes
