Project Management
Many of our commissions require the full range of Project Management duties including design and contract administration, construction monitoring and fulfilment of the Employers Agent role.
On traditionally procured projects, contract administration is covered by our Chartered Building Surveyors who are able to prepare drawings and specifications, oversee the tendering process, monitor work on-site, control costs and negotiate with the contractor to agree the final account.
Faithorn Farrell Timms has extensive experience of commissioning building works in occupied and unoccupied properties and of liaising with occupiers to ensure minimal disturbance on-site.
We have had considerable involvement as lead consultant overseeing other professionals including structural and services engineers, quantity surveyors, architects and interior designers.
We are also often commissioned on Design and Build projects in the role of Employers Agent to produce the Employers Requirements and oversee the activities of the design team.
