We are able to undertake all aspects of design and contract administration, from preparing drawings, writing specifications, overseeing the tendering process, site supervision and cost control, through to agreement of contractors’ final accounts.

In addition, many of our commissions also require the full range of project management duties, including construction monitoring and fulfilment of the Employer’s Agent role.  We also have extensive experience of commissioning and monitoring building works in occupied properties, and of liaising with occupiers to ensure minimal disturbance on-site.

Faithorn Farrell Timms also has the knowledge and expertise to arrange a successful transfer of tenanted and vacant stock between Registered Providers.  We are able to provide the most comprehensive range of professional services required to achieve this in a timely and cost-effective manner from identification of suitable properties through the tendering process to completion of the sale.
