Current vacancies:
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
We currently have an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to work out of our Orpington office.
The successful candidate will be educated to at least degree level or equivalent and working towards MRICS.
Experience of contracts within the social housing sector and Partnering together with knowledge of OJEU procurement would be preferred.
Working as part of a small support team duties will include:
• Full range of estimating, cost planning and whole-life costing
• Preparation of feasibility reports, Bills of Quantities
• Management of tenders and tender reports
• Financial management of projects on-site
• Agreeing final accounts and claims negotiation
