The Role

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you’ll join our friendly and experienced team. You’ll receive full training and mentoring to help you build technical knowledge, develop practical skills, and work toward professional qualifications.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist with building inspections and defect diagnosis
  • Help prepare planning and building regulations applications
  • Support project management and contract administration
  • Contribute to reports and specifications
  • Learn about construction, materials, and surveying techniques
  • Work on real projects that make a difference

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in any discipline (e.g., law, accounting, geography, history, etc.)
  • Willingness to train towards an AssocRICS or Chartered RICS qualification
  • A genuine interest in buildings, construction, and problem-solving
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Full UK Driving Licence
