Asset Management Improvement Partnership (AMIP) Conference

News

Ian Richardson, Associate Partner, and Katherine Hartfield, Associate, recently attended the Asset Management Improvement Partnership (AMIP) Conference at Fulham Pier.

The conference explored the delivery of retrofit and decarbonisation programmes, while looking ahead to the future of the retrofit landscape, including emerging trends, policy direction and the actions organisations need to take next.

Katherine joined a panel discussion alongside Mulalley following a presentation on decarbonising non-traditional homes. Drawing on lessons from Richmond Housing Partnership’s SHDF programme, the session focused on delivering works in occupied homes, managing resident needs, overcoming site challenges and maintaining quality and programme momentum.

It was valuable to hear directly from those delivering retrofit programmes, sharing both the successes achieved and the challenges faced in practice.
