Gary is a Chartered Building Surveyor with 40 years’ experience across housing, education, blue light and leisure sectors. He has extensive expertise in Employer’s Agent roles, particularly on large-scale residential developments.
He leads our Employer’s Agent team, delivering a full range of Employer’s Agent and surveying services including Project Management, Building Surveying, Contract Administration and Party Wall advice.
Gary has led major housing schemes and residential projects up to a value of £150M and has experience in managing varied works in schools and healthcare settings. He has a proven ability to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams across complex projects.
