She specialises in options appraisals and delivering sustainable solutions across a wide range of property types.
Her expertise includes contract administration, project management, building surveying, and Employer’s Agent roles, supporting projects from feasibility through to completion. Katherine has experience in specification writing and managing large, planned maintenance and sustainability contracts.
