Marian, Senior Asset Management Consultant at FFT, is a qualified asset management, regeneration and procurement professional with over 20 years’ experience within the housing sector.
She leads on large-scale regeneration projects and advises clients on strategic asset management, development and investment planning. Her expertise includes asset and estate appraisals, development viability (RIBA Stages 0-4), financial modelling, 30-year business planning, sustainability and net zero strategies and service charge reviews.
Marian has held a number of board and strategic advisory roles, including serving as Chair of South East Consortium for 10 years.
