Senior Associate
Adam is a qualified Employer’s Agent, with over 20 years experience in the industry. He undertakes all employer’s agent duties on schemes for our Registered Provider and Local Authority clients.
Adam has extensive experience in overseeing the delivery of complex multi-million new-build construction projects. He is skilled at producing cost plans and estimates, giving clients insight into their financial forecasts s at the viability stage.
A career highlight was acting as employer’s agent and contract administrator for Network Homes. Adam worked with the Client team from viability stage, through a complex planning application and land purchase to deliver a large new estate in north London. Working to a strict budget, procurement of a suitable Contractor was key in delivering a high quality build for a range of use classes and tenures.
The development played a key role in the Client’s development programme, successfully overseeing the project of 105 flats for London Living Rent, affordable rent and shared ownership.
