Since 2011 we have acted for bidders, buyers and sellers to trade 25,000 tenanted social housing properties in 70+ transactions, valued in total at £1.48 billion. We evaluated the properties to be bought or sold and delivered successful acquisitions, disposals and swaps. The outcome for clients is that they can fulfil their strategic objectives, and for residents their lives are as undisturbed as possible.
Our service can take care of your housing stock from cradle-to-grave. We can appraise the portfolio of property, offer advice on the market and how to proceed strategically with disposals. Clients also benefit from our valuation services, including stock condition surveys, valuation advice and agency. All aspects of our service are intended to maximise returns, so that funds can be used to fulfil ongoing objectives.
In some cases, the demand for housing outstrips the supply your organisation has available. We work with social housing providers to help them acquire portfolios marketed by others, thereby increasing the stock and offering better housing provision for the community.

Housing Consultancy Services
Over twenty years in the industry means that we have amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience. We put this to good use by offering housing consultancy services to Registered Providers and private sector investors. Some of the initiatives clients benefit from include high-level interim management, board-level strategy events and advice on change and growth strategies. This work is carried out closely with our asset management colleagues, to help clients make informed decisions about their assets, and what to do with them.
