Kevan has extensive knowledge of delivering asset management strategies and improvement plans, gained through more than 30 years in the industry.
His expertise includes troubleshooting, managing underperforming teams and acting as Interim Manager up to Executive level, for our Registered Provider and Local Authority clients. Kevan has worked extensively in compliance management and improvement, from auditing policies and procedures to drafting bespoke documents to meet the ever changing demands of statutory compliance.
Kevan has experience in providing strategic direction and operational management of contracts up to £20m. He leads teams on the delivery of maintenance service programmes to homes. Within FFT, Kevan is responsible for developing internal and external performance requirements, ensuring that standards remain high.
