Richard Pell

Head of new-build project developments in our Orpington office, Richard manages a team of employers agents and project managers in the delivery of large housing projects.
Richard has been a Chartered Building Surveyor for over 30 years and has managed and administered an extensive portfolio of projects including inner city regeneration/brownfield developments, S106 led affordable framework partnerships and net carbon schemes.
He is also responsible for FFT’s work in the education sector, managing commissions from universities as well as for listed buildings. He is particularly skilled at delivering alternative approaches to renewable energy sources; clients undertaking projects where renewable energy is a priority benefit from his expertise.
