Dave Chesterton

Dave has 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, and is a Chartered Building Surveyor working from our Potters Bar office.
For several years Dave worked as a contract manager for a main contractor and clients benefit from his expertise in this area. Housing association and local authority clients rely on Dave’s management of key areas such as legal disrepair, party wall matters and condition reports.
His input helps clients maintain their property portfolio. In fact, Dave has developed IT applications to gather building condition data, information which clients can use to plan cyclical maintenance work and forecast financial obligations with greater accuracy.
