Paul leads FFT’s Potters Bar office and clients benefit from his more than 30 years as a Chartered Building Surveyor. His particular areas of expertise include contract administration, defect diagnosis, including investigation of latent defects, cladding and other fire related matter, insurance housing, disrepair, and party wall matters.

Paul’s expert professional opinion has supported legal and insurance cases; skills established as a Chartered Loss Adjuster (ACILA) since 1997.

Career highlights include managing a variety of projects for the Royal Albert Hall since 2017, namely the installation of ‘star’ plaques in the surrounding pavement; substantial feasibility report for a £10 million projects: condition report for the building and services; detailed condition report on the roof and various repair projects.

Paul successfully delivered estate improvements for Southern Housing Group in Stepney Green providing eight new award winning large houses to replace the garage block, and a £12 million scheme for communal landscape transformation and a block of 76 flats.
