Steve joined Faithorn Farrell Timms in 2017 and became an Associate in 2024. With 14 years’ experience in the housing and construction sectors, Steve has a background working in private sector leasing, registered social landlords and local authorities. His expertise includes building surveys, defect diagnosis, design and specification, contract administration, legal disrepair, stock condition surveys and employer’s agent duties.
Steve has extensive experience delivering specialist consultancy and project services for residential developments, refurbishment programmes and remediation works. Examples include providing bespoke stock condition surveys and consultancy services for a London-based social landlord, overseeing a £4m cladding remediation project in Ealing, and delivering Project Monitoring, Employer’s Agent, and Clerk of Works services for new build and joint venture developments in the Midlands.
