Will Pooley
Associate
Will joined Faithorn Farrell Timms in 2018 as a Senior Building Surveyor, and became an Associate in 2022. A Chartered Building Surveyor, he has worked in construction for more than 20 years, with several years spent in the role of Contract Manager for a main contractor.

Having worked on projects for an array of property types over the years, Will is able to efficiently guide clients through the survey, design and contract administration of large scale refurbishment schemes and new build developments.
His expertise spans ecclesiastical buildings, community facilities, schools, private houses, commercial properties and residential blocks.
Examples include acting as contract administrator for the £1.6 million conversion of a four storey Grade II* listed office building into eight residential flats within the City of London; and the collection of detailed stock condition survey data for the renovation of the Royal Albert Hall.
