FFT’s Energy Consultation Team Accepted Onto EPH National Framework
24 February 2022
In January 2022, Braintree District Council let a four-year National Framework Agreement for Construction Consultancy Services under its national frameworks brand EPH (formerly known as The Essex Procurement Hub), and we are delighted to announce our success in being accepted onto the Energy Consultation Lot.
Local authorities and other public sector bodies such as housing associations, schools and academies, registered charities and colleges and universities can use the EPH Framework Agreement to simplify their procurement process, removing the need for separate, above threshold or FTS processes, considerably reducing timescales as a result.
The EPH framework is easy to use. Public sector bodies can specify their individual requirements via their own contract documents and then choose either Direct Award or Mini Competition. Following that, they need only complete a single page form once the award has been made.
The framework comes with pre-agreed overarching terms and conditions, and provides access to quotations from market-leading companies that have been assessed for their financial stability, professional and technical capability, and experience.
There is no charge to public sector bodies to use the framework, and added reassurance comes from the 12 years’ experience held by EPH in providing successful frameworks for public sector bodies UK wide.
Further details on who can use the framework, and how to use it, can be found through our framework page https://www.effefftee.co.uk/frameworks/essex-procurement-hub/
